Congress Registration Fee: 30 Euro (€)
All researchers (including students) presenting a paper, attending as an audience member and requesting a certificate of attendance are required to pay a registration fee (excluding spouses and children). The registration fee of 30 euro includes a bag, name badge, participation certificate and refreshments.
The abstracts of the oral presentations presented at the congress will be published in the “Abstract Book” and the full text papers will be published in the “Proceedings Book“. Each participant will be able to participate in the congress with a maximum of 2 oral presentations. All authors who participate in the congress will be given a certificate of participation as PDF.
Participants can have their full papers published in the congress proceedings book, “Anatolian Journal of Agricultural Engineering Sciences” or “Mustafa Kemal University Agricultural Sciences“. If the participants want to have their full text papers published in journals, they can have their full texts published by following the article submission process of the relevant journal from DergiPark. Paper selection and referee process will be carried out by the journals.
